The 2009 Run for the Bones Road Rally was a success. We have posted the results on our facebook page.

Run for the Bones Road Rally will be held July 18th, 2009 Flyer - Rules will be posted as soon as they are complete. We are in the process of completing, testing, and verifing the routes

3/12/2009 - Our corporate filing showed up on Sunbiz.org today, which means we are Officially Incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation in Florida :)

3/6/2009 - We had to retrieve the lumber that was stored outside the Auditorium, as the county was going to "dispose" of it. The lumber is now stored at Brad & Pansey's until we can find a more suitable storage facility. Zak was extremely helpful in this emergency retrieval, and was voted as an honorary non-voting member at the meeting May 10th

We chose our name, and starting directors. The start up Officers are Brad Cleaveland - President, Rex Stahlhood - Secretary, and Perry Unger - Treasurer. Our directors are Laurie Kedenburg, Pansey Cleveland, Jackie Unger, and Butch Smith.

The name Florida Entertainment And Recreation Volunteers, Inc. aka F.E.A.R. Volunteers, Inc. was chosen by the volunteers because of our Haunted House interests, and unanimously passed.

It was decided we needed a P.O. Box for mail, Laurie donated the PO box for the first year, We now have PO BOX 1313 Lecanto, FL 34460.

We were informed that the county will transfer most of the haunted house materials to us upon our formation, however, we still need a 10x20 storage unit to store these supplies.

BOCC will not even discuss our request for venue for the Summer Concert until our paperwork is filed. - It is now filed :)

Technatron, Inc. Donated the first year domain registration of fearvolunteers.com, fearvolunteers.net, and fearvolunteers.org as well as 1 year of hosting. Rex created a suitable logo, which the volunteers approved.

Rex is making T-Shirts, All profits from the sale will be donated to the organization, Hopefully, enough shirts will be sold to avoid having to ask volunteers for donations for the start-up.
